SCRIPTURE GYMNASTICS

PARABLE:  
It's FUN to watch the ART of gymnastics,
like vault, balance beam and floor exercises.  
My favorite is the Uneven Parallel Bars... watching the twisting and turning & fast sailing around a little bar of wood....
often with no hands for support....
ending with a huge fancy flip to the ground....  Things that are 
FUN to watch... but the human body was never designed 
to NEED to do in "real life."

 
SO WHAT ??

SCRIPTURE  GYMNASTICS
Sailing thru PIECES of scriptures
trying to prove a point 
while ignoring simple LOGIC answers like: >> 

"God's Law tells us what God LIKES & He never changes that. 
You SAY you love God, 
so WHY ARE YOU FIGHTING
(rebelling against) what God SAYS He wants, likes? 

Because you don't WANT to do it & are making excuses like a toddler in a tantrum." 
...Romans 7:7 & 12 are ignored amid gymnastics in 7 & 8.

Remember "Give them an inch & they take a mile"?? 
Poor God: With Love & mercy, 
He offers us GRACE, Forgiveness... 
and many people claim that God's Law (Declaration of what He Likes) 
ended.  Based on taking out of context SOME of the verses in Romans & Galatians.
NO LOGIC. And UN-kind to our Creator who gave the GIFT  of His Law 
(Jer 31:31-34): So we KNOW His heart. 
Jesus warned us    (Matt 24 ETC  ) of coming 
         LAW-lessness, aNomia,              
with its Selfish,   false teachings. It's Here.

What does LORD God say ??       LINK TO SCRIPTURES
 EVEN PAUL warns against LAW-lessness right in the middle of scriptures quoted

to say that "God ended the Law"...

Romans 6: 19.   "Because of the weakness of your human nature, I am using the illustration of slavery to help you understand all this. Previously, you let yourselves be slaves to 

impurity and lawlessness, which led ever deeper into sin. 

Now you must give yourselves to be slaves to righteous living so that you will become holy."
Romans 7:12 & 14 >> "But still, the law itself is holy, and its commands are holy and right and good... 
So the trouble is NOT with the Law, for it is spiritual and GOOD. The trouble is with ME, for I am all too human, a slave to sin." ... and then Paul goes on to explain what God did to HELP us thru this which is horrid to us who want to please God out of LOVE for Him as well as right-ful Awe, honor.

Lawlessness is DEFINED in 2nd Thessalonians 2:3 ...
"Don't be fooled by what they say. For that day will not come until there is a
great rebellion against God and the man of lawlessness  
is revealed—the one who brings destruction."
10  "He will use every kind of evil deception to fool those on their way to destruction, because they refuse to love and accept the truth that would save them."

I have more & more studies that CONVINCE me that God never changed 1/10th of Mose's "10 Commandments" to change Sabbath...
 Hebrews 10:26-29.... 26 For if we SIN willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there NO longer remains a sacrifice for sins,...   <NOTE:  SIN is defined how? By breaking God's LAW>
28 Anyone who has rejected Moses’ LAW dies without mercy... 
29... has trampled the Son of God underfoot... 
insulted the Spirit of grace?" <See full passage for God's inspired quote>.

Prayer: 
LORD it is SO easy to be fooled by Scripture Gymnastics by people who sound SO much smarter than I am..... Please help me to STAY AWARE of people even using Your Word....
just as Satan did to Jesus at the beginning of His ministry....
to try to TRICK me into believing FALSE things about You,
by taking SCRIPTURES OUT OF CONTEXT and comparing them with others out of
context..... TWISTING AND TURNING AND SLAMMING THEM
until I am confused if You do not help me.  

I TRUST Your promise in John 14:26

that you will send Your Holy Spirit to help me 

remember ALL JESUS TAUGHT.

PARABLE:  

My TURNING POINT for beginning to call God "Yahweh" as He SAID His Name is, in Exodus 3:14 (Easy to remember: Math's Infinite PI)... was a FB post encouraging people in March 2016 to give their annual reverence by praying together to honor God: It said, 

"May the almighty Lord Shiva bless you all with good things & perfect health."..(Hindu god) //.. We FORGET: (1) "GOD" is a noun; many are called by that noun- with or without capital G. "LORD" is a title; many are called that. “Almighty” and even "Creator" are among words credited to many beings that even if real are NOT THE One True God whose Name is YHWH "I AM [who] I AM.” In Hebrew, the symbols (letters) that refer to His Name cannot even be called spellings-- they're nothing like any name- unpronounce-able (so we add vowels trying to say it), unique forms seen NO where else.

SO WHAT ??

Would YOU want to be called "Hitler" or "Satan" or some other Name
that makes you feel nauseous to think of... much less to be associated with?....
YHWH  God says to have NOTHING to do with false gods...
so of Course He, like you, wants to be called by HIS Name...
not a name used by evil or non-existent beings!

What does LORD God say ?? 
Exodus 3:14-15
And God said to Moses, YHWH YHWH:  - I AM  I AM.” 
And He said, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, ‘I AM has sent me to you.’ ” 
MOREOVER, God said to Moses, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel:...
This is My name forever, 
and this is My memorial to ALL  generations.’ " 
 <all generations of people.... Not just to "Jews" or "Israel">

PARABLE:  

This AM, I dragged myself to begin day: More weary emotionally than physically I suppose, since I "got in my 8 hours". Discoveries 1-2-3: My WiFi box battery was super-low, my laptop battery was super-low; my cellphone dead Battery. Guess I'm 4 for 4: My spiritual battery is low...  

Batteries store chemical energy & convert it to electrical energy for Action. I hadn't even USED these 3 for 2 days-- YET their energy drained off !... Just existing uses energy...

SO WHAT ??

When we don't pray because "everything's OK", still OUR
Spiritual Energy drains to "down-ness"...
To recharge all 4: Plug in!...  Turn to God!  Pray!
Do NOT give Satan a chance to Sneak Up on you because you let down your guard!

What does LORD God say ?? 
James 4:7-8a, RUN to God!
"Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.
Draw near to God and He will draw near to you."

1 Peter 5:8
"Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour."

John 10:10, Jesus speaking:
“The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. 
I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly."

Prayer: 
LORD it is SO amazing that You, the LORD of All, not only invite but yearn for us Each to "plug in" to restore our souls with You...

PARABLE:  
I taught our first of many children to know her FULL telephone number, by assigning a number to 10 keys on the piano starting with "0" at middle C and writing the MELODY of the phone number! …. It's much easier to memorize With Music...

SO WHAT ??

God has honored me with the ministry for Him to do exactly that incl. for many prophets' & Psalms writings: to put not just actual Bible words but also verse references in songs. After all, it doesn't do any good to know it's “in the Bible somewhere” when you want to know EXACTLY what God said!

What does LORD God say ?? 
John 14:26, Jesus promised to send us His Holy Spirit to help us remember His teachings:

“But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you....

which leads to His PEACE beyond Understanding, John 14:27,

“Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

2nd Timothy 3:16 - 17, 

All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,  that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Prayer: 
LORD it is SO amazing that You, the LORD of All, even bother to speak with us...
that You have guided Your spoken words thru Jesus and your prophets to
be written down... to be VERIFIED by You allowing the Dead Sea Scrolls to be found
in 1947-8 to show that the Isaiah and other writings of You Word WERE kept True...
Thank you.... Thank you.... Help me to REMEMBER Your word, to study & understand.
