Only TV shows I rather like are the versions of NCIS...
but my husband & I often laugh:
NCIS Good Guys learn where Really Evil Guys are
& just take off after them. Little guns VS huge weapons.
No backup. Little cover--
Conveniently the REGs always move into the open so the GGs can stop them...//... LAUGHABLE. But NOT in REAL world:
SO WHAT ??
Few of us even believe there ARE evil powers AKA Satan & demons, no matter that Jesus OFTEN warned of them.
(John 10:10, 8:44; Luke 10:17 etc).
We depend on puny weapons instead of getting God's FREE arsenal (Eph. 6).
We DON'T run Away from evil TOWARD God (James 4:7-8)...
Evil guys kills real NCIS good guys.
Real Evil powers seek to destroy us.
Jesus said. WITH His promises of Help, if we ask.
What does LORD God say ??
James 4:7-8a, RUN to God!
"Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.
Draw near to God and He will draw near to you."
Jesus through Luke 10:17-18, SATAN IS REAL!!!
Then the 70 returned with joy, saying, “Lord, even the demons are subject to us in Your name.” And He said to them, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven."
NEXT VERSE: Using SERPENTS as an analogy -- remember Genesis 3 snake = Satan:
“Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you."
Jesus through John 10:10, SATAN IS OUT TO DESTROY YOU!!!
“The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy.
I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. 11 “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep." -- JESUS

LORD it is SO amazing that You, the LORD of All, gladly OFFER TO HELP ALL of us who honor You and seek to obey You out of awe & respect for You The Creator of All... John 14 and 15,
Jesus said that You even choose to call us FRIENDS when we do.
AMAZING! THANK YOU! Please help us... me... REMEMBER:
You offer WEAPONS OF DEFENSE OF SATAN.
But You, God, do NOT MAKE US PUT THEM ON. Ephesians 6: 18 to end GIFTS.
